Requirements:

Responsibilities:
1.Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design

2.Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals

3.Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact

4.Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections

5.Compile project specifications

6.Keep within budgets and timelines

7.Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations

8.Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project

9.Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals

10.Follow architectural trends and advancements

Role: Interior Designer

Experiance:Min 3 years of experience

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and imaginative Interior designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects from concept to completion.

Requirements:
1.An interest inchanging trends in design is a must!

2.Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces

3.Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations

4.Hands on experience with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs

Role: Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experienced, driven civil engineer with a wealth of industry knowledge. To ensure success, the ideal candidate should be comfortable splitting their hours between the office, on-site visits, and attending council meetings. The civil engineer should be a critical thinker and have sound subject knowledge of mathematics and physics to identify and solve engineering problems. You must also possess a certain level of creativity in order to present innovative solutions and improvements to technical processes. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations, and negotiate project details with their team, subcontractors, and clients.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers

2.Registration/Licensure as a professional engineer may be required.

3.A minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired

4.Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation

5.Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software.

6.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.

7.Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.

8.Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.

9.Ability to coordinate more than one project at a time.
